1.) HVAC Technician
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess excellent planning and analytical.
- Strong work experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning).
- In-depth knowledge of the general configuration, installation, servicing and repairs of all Precision type air-conditioning systems.
- Troubleshooting of air conditioning systems.
- Trade Test Certificate.
- Certificate of relevant training as an HVAC technician.
- Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
2.) Electrical Technician
Location: Lagos
Duties And Responsibilities
- Participate with a team of Technicians in high rise building maintenance, repair, servicing and troubleshooting electrical system.
- Carry out work assignments and prepare reports on assigned tasks.
- Respond to all building related electrical concerns and perform corrective/preventive maintenance as required.
- Provide checklist on daily basis.
- Any other related job.
- Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipments, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive e.t.c
- Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
3.) Electromechanical Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Duties And Responsibilities
- Follows-up all maintenance works (Corrective & preventive Maintenance).
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Manages leads and coordinates the maintenance (corrective & preventive) teams.
- Works closely with his team on trouble shooting problems.
- Generates periodic informative reports regarding all maintenance facets
- Make work assignments and supervise the work of subordinate employees on assigned tasks.

- Must be a holder of HND / B.Eng in Electric/ Mechanical Engineering
- Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 5 years experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical and Mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of HVAC and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting, supervision, coordination and hands-on repair of chillers system and electrical system.
- Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipments, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive e.t.c
- Must have experience with chillers /chilled water system and electrical system in high rise building facility.
- Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English.
4.) Aluminium Technician
Location: Lagos
Duties And Responsibilities
- Technician must possess adequate skill to execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance.
- Must be able to analyze and execute task according to regulated standards
- Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
- Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipments
- Must be able to perform aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture, e.t.c
- Any other related job
- Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
- Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
- The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture works and Janitorial services.
- Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Aluminum works.
5.) Plumber
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- Applicant must possess a minimum of Trade Test Certificate or its equivalent with not less than 3 years’ experience in plumbing, piping works and water treatment.
- Applicant must be competent in welding/PPR and work in line with HSE procedure.
- Certificate of relevant training as a Plumber.
6.) Carpenter
Location: Lagos
Duties And Responsibilities
- Carpenter must possess adequate skill to execute carpentry work, iron monger and furniture fixtures.
- Must be able to analyze and execute task according to regulated standards.
- Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides carpentry works / fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Aluminum partition works, Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
- Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipments.
- Must be to able to perform carpentry works, iron monger, and furniture fixtures, e.t.c

- Applicant must have proven track record on the job.

- The Applicant is expected to be familiar with carpentry, aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture
- Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent.

7.) Store Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
- Ensures safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
- Maintain proper records using an excel sheet.
- To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
- Issue materials only in required quantities for specific jobs after obtaining due authorization,

- Take reasonable care of my own safety.
- Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be affected.
- Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process
- To take care of all equipment and PPEs in their possession
- Minimum of HND in a Business field such as Economics, Logistics, Accounting or any other related course and excellent record keeping knowledge
- Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
- Ability to use excel or any form of store keeping software.
- Fluency in English

- Candidate must have managed a store made up of civil, electrical materials as this is a major criteria.
8.) HSE Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for developing and implementing Organizational Safety Procedures.
- Take responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining agreed QHSE standards and other operating standards.
- Draft, review and update organisational HSE policies.
- Working with the HSE team to train employees and to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace.
- Perform facility HSE Inspections.
- Have knowledge and enforce compliance of Regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and Plan precautionary measures.
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
- Shall be charged with the responsibility of developing and reviewing HSEQ Management System of the company.
- Any other related job.
- Must be a holder of Degree in any Environmental and Safety Sciences.
- Must be a certified safety professional.
- Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 5 years’ experience.
- Good understanding of hazard identification and risk assessment studies.
- Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.
